CROWNS OF FAITH
PREPARE. RESTORE. CONQUER. 🏹
“Faith can move mountains.
So why are you stumbling on a little rock?”
TESTIMONY of Rachael ForChrist👪
I was raised in the Church of Christ as a very young child. I always knew I was not good! There was no good thing in me. Yet I tried always to do what was right and keep God's Commandments. Which was impossible! I was baptized for salvation at 12 years old. And I was raped by my 18-year old boyfriend shortly thereafter! Not being pure until marriage, I knew I was going to HELL as I was taught. I always knew I had a calling as I sang in church from age 5. Though after this happened, I knew a Holy, just, and perfect God would want nothing to do with me. I waited until 15 to commit fornication. And after that, wanted to make every man pay! Seeking, unknowingly, "worship" that belonged to God. I struggled with depression and anxiety. I was a cutter as well as bulimic and anorexic! I was a player and a hustler wrapped up in marijuana use and alcohol at a young age. I was trying to drown out what I knew was right. Believing the lies of the devil that I was useless to God and He could never love me! After having 5 kids with 4 men out of wedlock, my final relationship ended horribly. I made a valiant effort this time...didnt cheat, worked 3 jobs, and quit hustling. But I was also being introduced to meth and pain pills. It ended with my ex leaving me for another woman. I was drinking a fifth of vodka everyday trying to drown out my sorrows...BUT GOD! On my birthday, 2 and a half years ago, I was contemplating suicide! I didn't want to live any longer. I was a terrible person who cared about noone or nothing on this earth. A beloved sister called me at midnight as I was about to end it all in a drunken stupor! She told me about mercy and grace and what Jesus had done for me! And told me her own TESTIMONY of going from a similar life to being this Holy, lovely, mother of the year PROVERBS 31:10-31 kind of woman! I sobbed all night and surrendered! I told God I messed it all up for 32 years and I was ready to do it His way! I would never again be ashamed to speak about Him or do what He asked...I was fully ready to be single for the first time in my life. The next day, I woke up with PEACE, JOY UNSPEAKABLE AND THIS NEW ZEAL FOR GOD ALMIGHTY! He loves ME...EVEN ME! HALLELUJAH! I quit swearing. All of the sin and bondage are gone, OVERNIGHT! God has HEALED MY LAND AND RESTORED ALL THAT WAS LOST! He even sent a spiritual leader for my household. My kids dont watch tv or play video games...He delivered them. We now travel the US handing out BIBLES and tracts, and singing at churches! Yes, us! And we are declaring ALL of His good works! He turned my life upside down. Which was actually right side up! I LOVE JESUS CHRIST AND HE IS ALL THAT TRULY MATTERS IN THIS BROKEN WORLD! THANK YOU LORD FOR ALL YOU DO! Trading ashes for beauty...beauty on the outside to a new heart that beats for Him. GLORY! JESUS IS KING!!!
10 Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.
11 The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil.
12 She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life.
13 She seeketh wool, and flax, and worketh willingly with her hands.
14 She is like the merchants' ships; she bringeth her food from afar.
15 She riseth also while it is yet night, and giveth meat to her household, and a portion to her maidens.
16 She considereth a field, and buyeth it: with the fruit of her hands she planteth a vineyard.
17 She girdeth her loins with strength, and strengtheneth her arms.
18 She perceiveth that her merchandise is good: her candle goeth not out by night.
19 She layeth her hands to the spindle, and her hands hold the distaff.
20 She stretcheth out her hand to the poor; yea, she reacheth forth her hands to the needy.
21 She is not afraid of the snow for her household: for all her household are clothed with scarlet.
22 She maketh herself coverings of tapestry; her clothing is silk and purple.
23 Her husband is known in the gates, when he sitteth among the elders of the land.
24 She maketh fine linen, and selleth it; and delivereth girdles unto the merchant.
25 Strength and honour are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come.
26 She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness.
27 She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness.
28 Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her.
29 Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all.
30 Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the Lord, she shall be praised.
31 Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates.
